Interprop's

Interprop cannot be held
responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the design or positioning of
the properties, or changes made to photographs or copy submitted by the
owner/agent.
Interprop will make all efforts to
safeguard all material supplied and return them, if required, but will not be
held responsible for any loss or damage, howsoever caused, and for any loss or
damage sustained.
Every effort will be made to
reproduce faithfully everything submitted, but Interprop cannot be held
responsible for any loss or damage or otherwise, resulting from errors or
omission.
Interprop does not warrant that
the operation of the Interprop site will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no
event shall Interprop be liable to the owner/agent for any special,
consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits, however
caused, on any theory of liability, including but not limited to product
liability.
Interprop shall be entitled to
reproduce in full or in part any photographic material supplied by the
owner/agent. Interprop claims copyright to the electronic images of the
photographic material supplied by the owner/agent. It is the owner/agent's
responsibility to obtain permission for reproducing any photographic and other
material used in their personal property pages. The owner/agent warrants that
he is the owner of the copyright in such material or is authorised by the
owner thereof to grant to Interprop the rights therein contained. The
owner/agent indemnifies Interprop against any action brought for breach of
copyright from the use of such materials supplied. Interprop cannot be held
responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material
supplied by owners/agents.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be given at the
discretion of the Company Management.
Interprop reserves the right to
refuse any advertisement for Interprop's website and will not be liable for
any expense in doing so.
If anyone attempts to enter
unsuitable material into the Interprop website or database, or persistently
misuses the on-line systems, Interprop will remove the property from the
Interprop site.
If Interprop receives
substantiated complaints from anyone who has purchased or rented an owner/agent's
property, or an advertiser knowingly double-sells or double-books a property or engages in any
unacceptable practices, then Interprop reserves the right to remove the
property from the Interprop site.
Payment for all advertising must
be made according to Interprop's rules.
Reference Numbers and Passwords
are not transferable i.e., there will be one single reference number per
property on the Interprop database and this number may be used to advertise or
access or amend that property on its own personal property page only, and
there will be one password per property owner/agent.
Reference numbers and passwords
may be renewed every 12 months or more frequently should
Interprop deem it
necessary. If the owner/agent has more than one property, then each property
will be allocated its own property reference number.
Interprop recommends that
potential purchasers, renters, or their agents, confirm all the terms of the proposed
purchase or rental in writing in advance of the purchase or rental and, wherever possible,
also view the property in advance. We also strongly recommend that anyone
planning to travel takes out adequate travel insurance.
